The newer aerobic systems in the subdivisions need licensed TCEQ maintenance contracts. Three inspections per year, chlorine maintenance, and per-inspection reporting (three times per year). The older farmhouse systems scattered on county land need traditional septic pumping every 3-5 years. Mix of sandy and clay soil depending on where the property sits. We service both and understand what each one needs.
